Experience: Illustration, painting, caricature, character design, animation.
Process: Trained as a technical illustrator in Portsmouth, UK, but ended up working in animation on Danger Mouse and Count Duckula in Manchester, UK. Moved to Dublin in 1990, worked as an an art director on several animation projects and creative director for a greetings card co. Had a regular strip in the Beano (UK comic) and was employed by Guinness to draw punters' caricatures in bars all over Ireland (nice job) . Decided to concentrate wholly on illustration about 8 years ago.
Clients/Projects: Microsoft, Coca Cola, Kellogg's, Budweiser, among others. Founding committee member of the Illustrator's Guild of Ireland. Director for several animated TV ads.
